Make the following menu selections to display this tab:
eFinancials—Setup—Global Setup—Properties—Mailing Tab
or
ePO—Setup—Properties—Mailing Tab
Use this tab to add or edit the Mailing address and contact for the property.
This menu item is available for Standard Setup only.
Same as Main Address (check box)
This option defaults as checked.
Checked (default) - The system uses the information in Main Address, including contact information, as the Mailing Address. This address and contact information displays automatically in the Mailing and Contact address fields, but they are not editable unless you uncheck this box.
Unchecked - Uncheck the box when the Mailing Address, including contact information, is not exactly the same as the Main Address. When you do, the fields become editable. Then, make changes to the fields, as applicable.
Mailing Address
The Mailing Address for the property, using up to three lines. Refer to Same as Main Address (check box) for more information.
Example:
XYZ Associates
P. O. Box 6758
Zip / City / State
The zip code, city, and state in which the Mailing Address for the property is located. Refer to Same as Main Address (check box) for more information.
Contact
Refer to Same as Main Address (check box) for more information.
Title / First Name / M.I. / Last Name / Suffix
The name of the contact at the Mailing Address for the property.
Example:
Mr. Gregory C. Fish Sr.
Phone
Enter the phone number beginning with the area code for the contact at the Mailing Address for the property.
Fax
Enter a facsimile phone number beginning with the area code for the contact at the Mailing Address for the property.
Enter an email address for the contact at the Mailing Address for the property using a standard email format. For example, UserName@company.com.
Buttons
Cancel
Select this button when you want to stop without saving changes.
Save
Select this button to save changes.
