Make the following selections from the Inventory menu to display this page:
Reports—Reserve Items
Use this page to print the Reserve Items report.
This report can be printed as part of a Series of Reports.
The Reserve Items Report provides a way to print a list of items that have been placed on Reserve and the current status of those items. The information for this report comes from Warehouse Reserves setup, Inventory Receipts, or Inventory Shipments. Options available for the report include:
Permissions must be set in the System module to access the Reserve Items report.
System module—Security—Users—Inventory—Reports—Reserve Items
Select Warehouses (button)
Click the Select Warehouses button and then select the Warehouses for which you want to print the report.
Sort By
Select a sort option for the report from the drop-down list: Warehouse (default) or Job.
From / Thru Item ID
To run the report for a specific Item IDs range, use the Lookup iconfor each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range or select the same entry for both to run the report for one Item ID.
From / Thru Job
To run the report for a specific Job range, use the Lookup iconfor each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range or select the same entry for both to run the report for one Job.
Include Zero Remaining (check box)
Checked - Includes in the report items with a quantity of zero remaining.
Unchecked (default) - Does not include information for up to the last four receipts (purchases) of an item in the report.
New page by Sort (check box)
Checked (default) - The report starts a new page of the report for each Warehouse or Job, based on the sort you selected.
Unchecked - The report prints continuously without starting a new page for each Warehouse or Job.
Warehouse Picking List (check box)
Checked - Creates a report in the Pick List By Warehouse format showing the Date Ordered, Quantity Ordered, Remaining to be Shipped, and Quantity Shipped information so that warehouse clerks can manually update the report with the latest Inventory Item counts.
Unchecked (default) - Creates the default Reserve Items By Warehouse report.
Report Format
PDF Format(default): Select this option to print the report in PDF format.
Create Spreadsheet: Select this option to print the report in an Excel spreadsheet.
