Select PropertiesCompanies

Click to select PropertiesCompanies from the Select PropertiesCompanies tab. Lien Waivers for all selected PropertiesCompanies will print.

From Lien Waiver / Thru Lien Waiver

To print a specific range of Lien Waiver Numbers, use the Lookup icon for each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range, or select the same entry for both to print one Lien Waiver.

From Vendor / Thru Vendor

To print Lien Waivers for a specific range of Vendors, use the Lookup icon for each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range, or select the same entry for both to print Lien Waivers for one Vendor.

From Job / Thru Job

To print Lien Waivers for a specific range of Jobs, use the Lookup icon for each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range, or select the same entry for both to print Lien Waivers for one Job.

Reprint (check box)

Checked - Lien Waivers that have already been printed are reprinted.

Unchecked - Lien Waivers that have not been printed are printed.

Print (button)

Click the button to print the Lien Waivers for the criteria that you selected.

1. From the Job Cost menu, select Job Costing—Print Lien Waivers.
2. Click Select PropertyCompany. Select the propertiescompanies for which you want to print Lien Waivers and click Done.
3. Complete the other selection criteria options. Use the Fields list, above, for help.
4. Click Print. A printable copy of the Lien Waiver appears in .PDF format.
5. Use the on-screen options to view, save, or print the .PDF that appears.
