Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Use this page to print a list of Transactions. Refer to Partnership Accounting Overview for more information.

ClosedReport Description

 The source of the information appearing on this report is the PA: Transaction Entry Grid .

ClosedTo Print the Report

  1. From the eFinancials menu, select Reports—Partnership Reports—Transaction History.
  2. To select the Partnerships to include on the report, select Include all Partnerships or click the Select Partnerships button and from the Partnerships pop-up, select the Partnerships to include. Refer to Select Investors or Partnerships for help.
  3. To select the Investors to include on the report, select Include all Investors or click the Select Investors button and from the Investors pop-up, select the Investors to include. Refer to Select Investors or Partnerships for help.
  4. At Sort By, select one: Partnership or Investor.
  5. At From Date, enter a beginning date for the report, if desired.
  6. At Thru Date, review the ending date for the report and edit the default date (current date) in the field, if desired.
  7. At Include Notes, check the box to include any notes that were saved for a transaction via the PA: Transaction Entry Grid .
  8. Select one of the following report printing options:
  9. Click Print. If you selected Create Spreadsheet, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in PDF format.
