The Item Master Report produces a report in summary or detailed format about each inventory item.

• You can filter the report by any of several ranges including Item ID, Class, Manufacturer, Part Number or User Code .
• You can sort the report by the Item ID, Class, Manufacturer, and Product Number.

Permissions must be set in the System module to access the Item Master report.

Select Warehouses (button)

Click the Select Warehouses button and then select the Warehouses for which you want to print the report.

Sort By

Select a sort option for the report from the drop-down list: Item ID (default), Class, Manufacturer, or Part Number.

From / Thru Item ID

To run the report for a specific Item IDs range, use the Lookup icon for each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range or select the same entry for both to run the report for one Item ID.

From / Thru Class

To run the report for a specific Class range, use the Lookup icon for each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range or select the same entry for both to run the report for one Class.

From / Thru Manufacturer

To run the report for a specific Manufacturer range, use the Lookup icon for each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range or select the same entry for both to run the report for one Manufacturer.

From / Thru Part Number

To run the report for a specific Part Number range, enter a Part Number into each field as the starting and ending entry for the range or select the same entry for both to run the report for one Part Number.

From / Thru User Code 1 - 3

To run the report for a specific User Code range, use the Lookup icon for each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range or select the same entry for both to run the report for one User Code.

Report Type

Select the report type you want to print: Summary or Detail.

Report Format

PDF Format (default): Select this option to print the report in PDF format.

Create Spreadsheet: Select this option to print the report in an Excel spreadsheet.

1. From the Inventory menu, select Reports—Item Master.
2. Use the Field List for help selecting options.
3. Click Print.
4. If you selected Create Spreadsheet, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in PDF format.
