To Reopen a Work Order

  1. From the eService menu, select Work Orders—Work Orders.
  2. From the Current Property drop-down list on the Work Orders Tab, select a property.
  3. Select the Include Closed check box.
  4. Select the WO number for the work order you want to reopen.
  5. On the  Work Order Detail Tab, from the Status field, click Reopen Work Order.
  6. Click OK to confirm. The status of the work order is updated to Open.
  7. Make any desired edits.
  8. On the Work Order Detail Tab, click Save.
  9. To print the work order, click OK. Or, click Cancel to continue without printing the work order.
