To Reopen a Work Order
- From the eService
menu, select Work Orders—Work
Orders.
- From the Current Property drop-down list on
the Work Orders Tab,
select a property.
- Select
the Include
Closed check box.
- Select the WO number
for the work order you want to reopen.
- On the Work
Order Detail Tab, from the Status
field, click Reopen Work Order.
- Click OK to confirm.
The status of the work order is updated to Open.
- Make any desired
edits.
- On the Work Order
Detail Tab, click Save.
- To print the work
order, click
OK. Or, click Cancel to continue without
printing the work order.
