Drop-down Browser Lists

If you have AutoComplete enabled for Internet Explorer, drop-down lists appear for many fields (such as the Login and Find fields). As you use the system, the drop-down lists can get extensive; however, you can clear entries from the list.

To Clear Single Entries

  1. Click in a blank Find field. The list of previous entries appears.
  2. Highlight an entry in the list.
  3. Press the Delete button on your keyboard. The system removes the entry from the drop-down list.

To Clear All Entries

  1. In Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu and then click Internet Options.
  2. Select the Content tab.
  3. From the Personal information box, click AutoComplete.
  4. From the Clear AutoComplete History box, click Clear Forms.
  5. Click OK. The system removes all entries from the drop-down list.
  6. Click Cancel to close the remaining open screens.
