Work Order Types Overview
Work order types are used to classify major categories
of work orders. Work order types may:
- be specialized
areas of maintenance, (such as Plumbing).
- define large areas
that need upkeep (such as Common Area).
- be used to account
for a group of items (such as Appliances).
Setting up work order types, items, and problems is required.
For each work order type, you can set up specific items and problems.
