Policies Overview

Setting up property policies is required. You must have at least one property policy set up to select as the default global policy.

Policies enable you to set up system default values that help process business data consistently, including:

• A default e-mail address for inventory in need of reorder.
• The income codes necessary for tracking income from material and labor.
