Bldg/Unit/Resident Lookup

This tab displays when you select a Lookup button beside a resident or tenant field. Entries appearing on this tab are established in eSite.

Find

Select an option from the drop-down list: Unit, Last Name, First Name.

Enter the first few letters or numbers to search for (or select from a drop-down list if one displays), and then select the Find button. The items that are the nearest match to your entry display in the grid below. Click column titles to sort the list further.

Go Button

Use the Page field and the Go Button to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer than one page.

Building

The name for the building. Click this column title to sort the list.

Unit

The unit in the building. Click this column title to sort the list.

Resident Name

The name of the resident or tenant who is occupying the unit. Click this column title to sort the list.

Status

The status on the unit. Click this column title to sort the list.

Phone Number

The phone number of the resident or tenant who is occupying the unit. Click this column title to sort the list.
