Select Vendor Groups Tab

This tab displays when you select the Add Vendor Group button on the Vendor Groups Tab while adding or editing Vendor Groups during property setup. Use this tab to select a Vendor Group for the property.

Find

Enter the first few letters or numbers to search for in the field (or select from a drop-down list if one displays), and then select the Find button. The items that are the nearest match to your entry display in the grid below. Click column titles to sort the list further.

Use the Page field and the Go Button to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer than one page.

Vendor Group

The Vendor Groups associated with the property.

Select

Select the check boxes to make Vendor Groups available for entering work orders for this property. You can select one or more boxes. Changes are saved as you check the boxes.

To select Vendor Groups to be available for entering work orders for this property, select the check box in the Select column. To select all, select the check box in the column heading.
To make Vendor Groups unavailable for entering work orders for this property, clear the check box in the Select column. To deselect all, clear the check box in the column heading.
