This report lists Equipment by property in either a summary
or detail format. Within a property, the equipment may be sorted by Unit/Location
or Equipment Type.
Depending on the criteria you select, the data prints
in one of the following formats:
Summary Report by Unit/Location
The report prints one line per piece of equipment,
and is
sorted by Property ID, Unit ID or Location, Equipment Description (Alpha),
and then Install Date.
Fields
Location
The location of the equipment.
Description
A description of the equipment.
Manufacturer
The manufacturer of the equipment.
Make
The make of the equipment.
Installed
The date when the equipment was installed.
Inspected
The date when the equipment was last inspected.
Summary Report by Equipment Type
The report prints one line per piece of equipment,
and is sorted by Property ID, Equipment Type, Unit ID or Location, Equipment
Description (Alpha), and then Install Date.

Description
A description of the equipment.
Manufacturer
The manufacturer of the equipment.
Make
The make of the equipment.
Installed
The date when the equipment was installed.
Inspected
The date when the equipment was last inspected.
Detail Report by Unit/Location
The report prints all information entered in Setup Equipment, and is sorted by Property ID, Unit ID or
Location, Equipment Description (Alpha), and then Install Date.
Detail Report by Equipment Type
The report prints all information entered in Setup Equipment, for a piece of equipment and is sorted by
Property ID, Unit ID or Location, Equipment Type, Equipment Description
(Alpha), and then Install Date.
Summary / Detail
Select one of the following buttons to produce
a summary or detail report: Summary or Detail.
Sort by
Select one of the following buttons to sort the
report: Unit/Location or Equipment Type.
Equipment Type
Select an equipment type from the drop-down list.
Types appearing on this list are established on the .
If you do not select an equipment type, all equipment types show in the
report.
Use Current Property
Click to run the report for the current property.
Use Selected Property(ies)
Click to run a summary or detail report for selected
properties. The Select Properties button appears. If desired, use the
Select Properties button to open the Select
properties grid to view or change the selections.
