Occupant Demographic Grid - Lease Changes Task Selection

This tab displays when Occupant Demographics is selected from the Lease Changes Task Selection Tab. Use the tab to view or edit occupant demographic information. Details displayed at the top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be edited.

Name

The occupant name. Select Name to display two additional occupant tabs used to view or edit demographic detail.

Responsible

Identifies if the occupant is responsible for the lease.

Memo

Click the Memo icon to display the Occupant Memos Tab.

Delete

Click the Delete icon to delete an occupant.

Address

Click the Address icon to add or edit contact information for the occupant.

Credit Check

Click the Credit Check icon to open the Credit Check Occupants List in order to run credit screening for the occupant.

User access to individual Lease Changes tasks is determined by eSite user security permissions. For information about setting user permissions, refer to the System Help.
