Lease Memos Tab

Use this tab to view or edit lease memos associated with a select resident. Details displayed at the top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be edited.

User access to individual Lease Changes tasks is determined by eSite user security permissions. For information about setting user permissions, refer to the System Help.

Form

The name of the memo form. Select the linked form name to display the Edit Lease Memo Tab.

Description

The display-only memo form description.

Effective

The display-only date the memo form is effective.

Expiration

The display-only date the memo form will expire.

Notify

The display-only date you will be notified of any action related to the memo.

Action

The display-only date the action should be completed.

Delete?

Select the Delete icon to delete the memo.

Add Memo Button

Select this button to display the Lease Memo Form Selection Tab.
