Lease Dates Tab

Use this tab to add or edit lease dates for the applicant leasing or moving into the manufactured home. Details displayed at the top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be edited.

Fields

Note

The fields appearing on this tab vary by property type. An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

Application

Applied *

The date the applicant submitted the application for lease. By default, this is the current system date. To change the date, type a different date (mm/dd/yyyy) or click the Calendar button to select a date.

Approved

The date the lease application was approved. To change the date, type a different date (mm/dd/yyyy) or click the Calendar button to select a date.

Lease

Lease Signed

The date the lease was signed. To change the date, type a different date (mm/dd/yyyy) or click the Calendar button to select a date.

Lease Begins

The date the lease begins. To change the date, type a different date (mm/dd/yyyy) or click the Calendar button to select a date.

Lease Ends

The date the lease ends. To change the date, type a different date (mm/dd/yyyy) or click the Calendar button to select a date.

Lease Type *

The default setting is based on the property policy Default lease type. To change the lease type, select a different lease type from the drop-down list. Lease Types are established on the Lease Types Tab.

Lease Term *

The term of the lease in months (for example, the lease term for a 6-month lease would be 6).

MTM

Select this check box to indicate this is a month-to-month lease. Generally, new leases are added for a lease term exceeding one month. However, there are times when an applicant prefers to lease a manufactured home on a month-to-month basis. In this case, a MTM fee would normally be charged.

Move In

Expected *

The date the applicant or lease is expected to move in. To change the date, type a different date (mm/dd/yyyy) or click the Calendar button to select a date.
