Guest Cards Button

The Guest Cards button appears on various screens within the system. Click the Guest Cards button to open the Guest Card Look Up tab, locate a guest card on the grid, and select it.

Guest Card

Sortable column header used to identify the guest card number. Guest card numbers are assigned and maintained by the system.

Title

If during guest card entry, a title was listed it displays here.

First Name

Sortable column header used to identify the guest's first name.

If during guest card entry. a middle initial was listed it displays here.

Last Name

Sortable column header used to identify the guest's last name.

Requirements

If during guest card entry, requirements were listed they display here.

Status

Sortable column header used to identify the guest card status. For example, Phoned, Visited or Internet.
