Fixed Concessions Grid
Make the following menu selections to display the Fixed
Concessions grid:
Setup—Property—Additional—Fixed Concessions
Use this tab to establish and view a list of fixed concessions
(each associated with an income code and an amount) that can be given
to residents at the property.
Note
Before you can add fixed concessions, you must set up
concession type Income Codes.
Fields
Code
The identification code for the fixed concession.
Click the column header to sort the list or click a code in the list to
display the Edit Fixed Concession Table tab.
Description
A brief description of the fixed concession.
Delete 
Click to delete the fixed concession.
Add Fixed Concession
Click to add a fixed concession.
Find Fixed Concession
Type a fixed concession code in the text box and
click Find to search for the fixed
concession by its code.
