Days Prior

The number of days that must elapse before the system adds the activity to the Today's Activities item on the end-user's Dashboard. This number can be a negative number.

Description

The description of the visit activity. Click the description to edit the activity details on the Add/Edit page.

Delete

Click the Delete icon to delete an activity.

Add Visit Activity

Click to add a new visit activity on the Add Activity page.

A red circle ( ) indicates a required field.

This page appears when you:

• Click Add [ x ] Activity, or
• Select a link for the activity (to view or edit) in the Description column on the applicable activity grid.

Use this page to add, view, or edit details for an activity.

Description

Enter either the name of an activity or a brief statement of what the activity entails.

Days After

Enter the number of days that must elapse before the system adds the activity to the Today's Activities item on the end-user's Dashboard.

Enter a negative number to indicate that this activity should be completed before another main activity is completed.

Days to Complete

Enter the number of days that the end-user has to complete the activity once it displays on the Dashboard as an outstanding activity. When the activity appears in the Today's Activities on the Dashboard, the system adds a specific completion date based on the entry in this field.

Priority

Assign the activity a priority.

1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Activities—[menu option].
2. From the menu option's grid, click Add [ x ] Activity.
3. Complete the required fields on the Add page. Use the Fields list for help.
4. Click Save.
