Flag

Demographic type flag used to indicate the type of demographic listed. Types include H for Household or O for Occupant.

Seq

The user table sequence number defined on the User Tables Tab. For instance, sequence 1.

Prompt

The name of the field shown on the memo form that uses the prompt. For instance, Cat.

Type

The type of data the prompt field collects. For instance, Character. Data types include: date, character, table, number, or dollar amount.

Len

The maximum character length allowed for the value.

Req

Status flag used to indicate whether the value requires an entry at the specified prompt in the system. Y for Yes, and N for No.

Table

If the data type is table, the user table code is listed.

Search Topic

If search topics have been linked, the search topic is listed.

Minimum/Maximum

If the data type is date, number or dollar then a minimum and maximum value is listed.

Active

Status flag used to indicate whether the demographic definition value is active or inactive. Y for Active, and N for Inactive.

1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—Demographic Definitions List.
2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
3. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
4. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.

User security permissions must be granted in the System module to access this menu item.
