User access to individual Lease Changes tasks is determined
by eSite user security permissions. For information about setting user
permissions, refer to the System Help.
Balances
Beginning Balance
The display-only resident balance as of first
day of the current accounting period.
Ending Balance
The display-only resident balance as of last day
of the current accounting period.
Billed This Month
The display-only total billed to the resident
during the current accounting period.
Future Billings/Payments
The display-only total billed to the resident
for a future period or total paid by the resident posted to a future period.
Paid This Month
The display-only total paid to the property during
the current accounting period.
Net Balance
The display-only total balance including all billed
and paid amounts.
Minimum Security Deposit (for this Apartment)
The display-only minimum security deposit required
to lease the unit.
Security Billed
The display-only total security deposit billed.
Security on Hand
The display-only total security deposit paid (on
hand).
Pet Billed
The display-only total pet deposit billed.
Pet on Hand
The display-only total pet deposit paid.
Refunds and Forfeits Date
If applicable, the date any monies were refunded
to or forfeited by the resident.
