Terms

This is the default, which is hard-coded into the system and cannot be changed.

What description do I want to use for Terms?

This description is used as the label in the AP Codes submenu, i.e.,

Setup—AP Setup—PO Codes—Terms (is the default)

Setup—AP Setup—PO Codes—TERMS (after you change the Description to "TERMS" and then save)

Note

If you are adding many Terms Codes at one time you may want to use MS Word to create a simple table to record your answers in.
