This is the default, which is hard-coded into the system and cannot be changed.

What description do I want to use for Freight?

This description is used as the label in the AP Codes submenu, i.e.,

Setup—AP Setup—PO Codes—Freight (is the default)

Setup—AP Setup—PO Codes—FREIGHT (after you change the Description to "FREIGHT" and then save)

Note
