This is the default, which is hard-coded into the system and cannot be changed.

What description do I want to use for Approved By?

This description is used as the label in the AP Codes submenu, i.e.,

Setup—AP Setup—AP Codes—Approved By (is the default)

Setup—AP Setup—AP Codes—Approval (after you change the Description to "Approval" and then save)

Note

If you are adding many Approved By Codes at one time you may want to use MS Word to create a simple table to record your answers in.
