Select Customer Tab

This tab displays when you are adding billings. Use this tab to select a customer.

Selections appearing on this list are established on the Customers Tab.

ClosedFields

The following fields appear on the select page:

Cancel

Click to exit without saving changes.

Find

This field defaults to ID; however, if you click any underlined grid column title, the field label changes to reflect your selection. You can then search for entries based on the field label. For example, if you know the Name of the customer, click the Name column title and the find field label changes to Find Name.

Enter the first few letters or numbers to search for (or select from a drop-down list if one displays) and click Find. The items that are the nearest match to your entry display in the grid below. Click column titles to sort the list further.

Go

Use the Page field and the Go Button to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer than one page.

Customer ID

The customer identification. Click this column title to sort the list and change the Find field. Click the customer identification link to select the customer.

Name

The name of the customer. Click this column title to sort the list and change the Find field.

Cancel

Click to exit without saving changes.

Save

Click to save your changes.

ClosedTo Select Customers

  1. Use the Find field and Find Button to locate the customer that you want to use for billing.
  2. Click the customer identification. The customer identification displays in the Customer field on the next tab.
