Program Time Out - Troubleshooting

As a security measure, this application has been programmed to time out if left inactive for 20 minutes. Since the application requires proper identification to continue, you can leave your workstation unattended; however, we do suggest that you log out. Timing out prevents an unauthorized person from accessing the application by entering specific URL addresses.

When 20 minutes have elapsed and you attempt to use a page or the menu, the Login page displays. Logging in reactivate the application.

Note

Server administrators can modify the length of time it takes for the application to time out.
