        Use this tab to print an operations statement.
         Report Description
Report Description
        
        
            A statement of operations is a statement showing the 
 revenues and the expenses of the business for a specific time period. 
 This report is run for all selected EntitiesCompanies 
 and for the selected Fiscal Year, Period, and Report Format. Unapproved 
 transactions can be included or excluded.
            The report shows MTD Actual, MTD Budget, YTD Actual, 
 YTD Budget, Annual Budget and Budget Remaining. Annual Budget is the total 
 of all budget amounts for the year, based on the default Budget Version 
 for the EntityCompany. Budget Remaining is the Annual Budget amount minus the 
 YTD Actual amount. An optional selection parameter allows you to include 
 unapproved transactions.

            Before generating this report, you must have set up report formats. 
            
                - From the eFinancials 
 menu, select Reports—GL Reports—Statement 
 of Operations.
- Click Select 
 EntitiesCompanies. 
 Select the EntitiesCompanies 
 for which you want to print the report and click Save.
- From the Fiscal 
 Year field, type the year for the report (for example, 2014). 
- From the Period 
 field, type the period for the report (for example, 2). 
- From the Report 
 Format drop-down list, select a format.
- To include unapproved 
 transactions on the report, select the Include 
 Unapproved Transactions check box.
- Select one of the 
 following report printing options: 
                    - PDF 
 Format: Print the report in PDF format for use in a PDF viewer, 
 such as Acrobat.
- Create 
 Spreadsheet: Prints the report in an Excel spreadsheet. 
- Click Print. 
 If you selected Create Spreadsheet, you are prompted to open or save the 
 report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in PDF format.
