        Series of Reports Tab (Series) - Contracts
        Make the following menu selections to display this tab:
        Contracts—Setup—Series of 
 Reports
        Use this page to manage series of reports. This setup 
 is optional. Using it allows you to set up a shortcut (Series ID) so you 
 can print reports in groups rather than having to select individual reports 
 one after another.

            The following fields and buttons appear on the tab.
            Add Series (button)
            Use this button to add a series of reports. 
            Series ID
            The series of reports identification that appears 
 on lists and in reports. Click an identification link to open the Series. 
 
            Description
            The description of the series of reports that 
 appears on lists and in reports. 
            Delete 
            Click the Delete icon 
 to delete a series of reports.

                - Click Add 
 Series. The series tab displays.
- Use the Add/Edit 
 Series Fields list to complete 
 the page.
- Click Save. 
 The setup tab displays again.
 
         To Change the Order the Reports in the Series

            NOTE that a series 
 must be saved before it can be edited.
            
                - Click the Series 
 ID link for the series you want to edit. The Add/Edit page appears.
- Click the link 
 in the Order column for a report you no longer want in that location. 
 The Add Report pop-up opens.
- Select the report 
 you want to put in place of the other report.
- Click Done.

                - Click the Series 
 ID link for the series you want to edit. The Add/Edit page appears.
- Click the Prompts 
 button  for 
 the report you want to edit. The Edit Default Prompts pop-up for that 
 report opens. for

 report opens.
- Edit the prompts 
 for the report.
- Click Done.
 
         To Delete a Report from a Series of Reports
To Delete a Report from a Series of Reports
        
        
            Use this option to delete one or more reports from the 
 series of reports, but not the entire series of reports.
            
                - Click the Series 
 ID for the series of reports from which you want to delete one or more 
 reports. 
- Click Delete 
   for the report you want to delete. The report is deleted 
 from the list of reports in the grid. for the report you want to delete. The report is deleted 
 from the list of reports in the grid.
- Click Save.

                - Click the Delete 
 icon  for the series you want to delete. A confirmation 
 message appears. for the series you want to delete. A confirmation 
 message appears.
- Click Confirm 
 Delete.
