Use this page to purge Warehouse Item records from Inventory.
Only Warehouse Items that have Quantity On Hand equal to zero can be purged.
Header
Include All Warehouses (check box)
Click to purge specified items from all warehouses.
Select Warehouses (button)
To select to purge Warehouse Items only from specific warehouses, click the lookup icon
and the Select Warehouses pop-up appears so you can select the warehouses.
When Include All Warehouses is checked, this button does not appear.
Range
Use one of these From / To options to select a range of Warehouse Items to be purged. To purge one item, select the same entry for the From and To fields.
From ID / To ID
To run the purge for a range of Warehouse Item IDs, use the Lookup icon
for each field to enter a starting and ending entry for the range.
To run the purge for one ID, select the same entry for the From and Thru fields.

From / To Class
To run the purge for a range of Warehouse Item Classes, use the Lookup icon
for each field to enter a starting and ending entry for the range.
To run the purge for one ID, select the same entry for the From and Thru fields.
Entries on this list have been established for the Class in User Code setup.
From / To Manufacturer
To run the purge for a range of Warehouse Item Manufacturers, use the Lookup icon
for each field to enter a starting and ending entry for the range.
To run the purge for one Manufacturer, select the same entry for the From and Thru fields.
Entries on this list have been established for the Manufacturer in User Code setup.
From / To Part Number
To run the purge for a range of Warehouse Item part numbers, use the Lookup icon
for each field to enter a starting and ending entry for the range.
To run the purge for one part number, select the same entry for the From and Thru fields.
