Make the following menu selections to display this tab:
eFinancials—Reports—GL Reports—Incomplete
Journal Entry List
Use this tab to print listing of incomplete journal entries.
Report Description
Two types of Incomplete Journal Entry List reports
are available: Summary and Detail.
- The summary
format shows Journal #, Description, Journal Date and Amount.
- The detail
format header shows EntityCompany,
GL Account, Description, Sequence Number, Debit Amount and Credit Amount.
For each journal entry, multiple line items display, as well as a total
for debits, credits, and for the journal entry.
To Print the Report
Note
Before generating this report, you must have set up report formats.
- From the eFinancials
menu, select Reports—GL
Reports—Incomplete
Journal Entry List.
- From
the From and Thru date fields, enter
a date range for the report.
- From
the From and
Thru Journal ID fields, enter the journal ID range for the report.
- To
print a summary report, select the Summary
button. Or, to print a detailed report, select the Detail button.
- Select one of the
following report printing options:
- PDF
Format: Print the report in PDF format for use in a PDF viewer,
such as Acrobat.
- Create
Spreadsheet: Prints the report in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Click Print.
If you selected Create Spreadsheet, you are prompted to open or save the
report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in PDF format.
