The following fields and buttons appear on the tab that
displays when you select the menu option.
Header
Add GL Intercompany Button
Use this button to add a general ledger intercompany
relationship.
Find [Column Title]
This field defaults to Source
EntityCompany;
however, if you click any underlined grid column title, the field label
changes to reflect your selection. You can then search for entries based
on the field label. For example, if you know the destination EntityCompany,
click the Destination EntityCompany
column title and the find field label changes to Find
Destination EntityCompany.
Enter the first few letters or numbers to search
for (or select from a drop-down list if one displays),
and then select the Find button. The items that
are the nearest match to your entry display in the grid below. Click column
titles to sort the list further.

Use the Page field and
the
to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer
than one page.

Source EntityCompany
The source entitycompany
identification in a general ledger intercompany relationship that appears
on lists and in reports. Click this column title to sort the list and
change the Find field. Click an EntityCompany
link to display the intercompany tab.
Source Due To/From Account
The general ledger account that is the source
for the transaction. The account appears on lists and in reports. Click
this column title to sort the list and change the Find
field.
Destination EntityCompany
The destination EntityCompany
identification in a general ledger intercompany relationship that appears
on lists and in reports. Click this column title to sort the list and
change the Find field.
Destination Due To/From Account
The general ledger account that is the destination
for the transaction. Click this column title to sort the list and change
the Find field.
Reference Description
The journal entry line item description that appears
on lists and in reports. Click this column title to sort the list and
change the Find field.
Delete
Use the Delete button
to delete a general ledger intercompany relationship.
