Remove all existing Cost Activities from current EntityCompany copying (check box)

Select this check box if you want to remove the existing Cost Codes in the EntityCompany.

NOTES:

By default, existing Cost Activities, as determined by the Phase number and Job number within the current EntityCompany, are not overwritten by this process. If you want to replace the existing Cost Codes, then select the option, Remove all existing Cost Activities from current EntityCompany before copying.
 

If you want to replace the existing Cost Activities, then select the option, Remove all existing Cost Activities from current EntityCompany before copying. This option allows all existing Cost Activities for the current EntityCompany to be cleared prior to copying.
 

You can also select this option and not select any Cost Codes to be copied. This removes all Cost Activities entirely from the selected EntityCompany.

Copy Cost Codes (check boxes)

The system lists all Cost Codes in the system, each with a check box, so that you can select the Cost Activities for those Cost Codes to copy into the current EntityCompany.

1. From the menu, select Special—Housekeeping—Copy Supplied Cost Activities.
2. Use the Fields List to help complete the form.
3. Click Copy. A success message appears. The system copies the Cost Activities to the current job using the criteria you entered in the form.
4. When the process is complete, the system redirects you to the Cost Activity Description grid so that you can verify or edit the new data.

Permissions must be set in the System module to access all Duplicate Jobs activities.
