View/Edit Transactions - Task Selection Tab
Make the following selections from the eSite menu to
display this tab:
Ledger—View/Edit
Use this tab to select a view /edit task. Refer to fields list for additional information.
Fields
By Batches
Select this option to view or edit transactions
sorted by batch and to display additional batch search criteria.
Criteria
Cash—mark
this option and select the Save button to display
the Cash Batch Tab.
Adjustment—mark
this option and select the Save button to display
the Adjustment Batch Tab.
Show batches created on or after—enter the
date to show batches created on or after using the format mm/dd/yyyy.
Or click the Calendar button to display an electronic
calendar from which you can select a date.
By Resident
Select this option and select the Save button to view or edit transactions
sorted by resident to
display the Select
Resident View/Edit Transactions Tab.
