To Add Marketing Code Mappings

Follow this procedure to identify marketing sources when credit checks are sent to Renters Insurance.

  1. Verify that the option Track Marketing Sources to set to Yes or Require (Setup—Policies—Property Policies—Additional Options category).
  2. Verify that the credit agency is set up under Setup—Global—Credit Agency.
  3. Add an account for the credit agency you want to map.
  4. Add credit check service packages for the credit agency.
  5. For marketing sources that you want to map to the credit agency, enter a unique code for the credit agency into the appropriate Source Code field in Marketing Sources Setup.

When you run a credit check on an application, information about the package and marketing source as well as indicators for affordable housing/affordable housing voucher are sent to the credit agency.
