Round Amounts Tab
Make the following selections from the eSite menu to
display this page:
Special—Utilities—Round Amounts
Use this tab to round amount fields in various tables
and fields used throughout the system. Specifically, the system looks
at these tables: Lease,Lease
Charges,Transaction Header, Transaction
Detail and Open Items. In these tables,
the system looks at these specific fields. In the Lease
table; required sec, sec1billed, sec2billed, sec1onhand, and sec2onhand.
In the Lease Charges table; charged amount, tax
amount, and initial charge amount. In the Transaction
Header table; amount and applied to prepaid and in the Open
Items table; original amount and balance due fields.
Fields
Note
A red asterisk ( * )
indicates a required field or selection.
Password *
Type your AMSI utility password.
Use Selected Properties
Leave this check box clear to run the utility
for all properties within the current database. Or, select the check
box to run the utility for the property selection made from the Select
Properties Tab.
Property ID
If running the utility for a single property selected
from the Select Properties Tab,
then the system displays that property ID in this field.
If running the utility for all properties within
the current database, then this field is blank.
Building ID
To run the utility for units that include a specific
building number only, select the desired number from the drop-down list.
If running the utility for all building numbers, leave this field blank.
Apartment ID
To run the utility for units that include a specific
unit number only, select the unit number from the drop-down list. If running
the utility for all unit numbers, leave this field blank.
Resident ID
To run the utility for units that include a specific
resident ID, select that resident ID number from the drop-down list. If
running the utility for all resident ID's, leave this field blank.
To Run the Round Amounts Utility
- In the Password field,
type your AMSI utility password.
- Leave the Use
Selected Properties check box clear to run the utility for all
properties within the current database. Or, select the check box to run
the utility for the property selection made from the Select
Properties Tab. The system displays that property ID in the Property
ID field and additional fields appear.
- From the Building
ID drop-down list, select a building number. Or, to run the utility
for all building numbers, leave this field blank.
- From the Apartment
ID drop-down list, select the unit number. Or, to run the utility
for all unit numbers, leave this field blank.
- From the Resident
ID drop-down list, select the resident ID number. Or, to run the
utility for all resident ID's, leave this field blank.
- Click Process.
