Make the following menu selections to display the phone
actions grid:
Setup—Guest Card—Phone Actions
Use this grid to manage Guest Card Phone Action Codes.
Fields
Add Phone Action Code (button)
Click to
add a new Phone Action Code.
Phone Action Code 
The identification for the Phone Action Code.
Click to edit the Phone Action Code on the Phone Action Tab.
Description
The description of the Phone Action Code.
This description appears in the drop-down list
for the Action field in the Contacts section of the Guest
Information tab for Guest Cards when the type of contact selected
is "Phone."
Will Not Lease
Indicates whether or not the Phone Action is expected
to result in a lease.
Yes (will not lease).
No (will lease).
Delete
Click to
delete a Phone Action Code.
