These fields display on the Credit Check tab when CoreLogicSafeRent is selected as the Credit Agency used to process the credit check.
An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.
First Name *
Enter the first name of the person applying for the credit check.
Enter the middle initial of the person applying for the credit check.
Last Name *
Enter the last name of the person applying for the credit check.
Type the social security number of the person applying for the credit check.
Enter the person's date of birth who is applying for the credit check in this format: MM/DD/YYYY.
Enter the email address of the person who is applying for the credit check.
This field may be required (*) if the Require Email box is checked when CoreLogic SafeRent is set up on the Credit/Insurance Agency Account tab for a property.
Current Address Details
Street No. *
Type the street number where the applicant currently lives.
Street Name *
Enter the full name of the street where the applicant currently lives.
Use the drop-down to select the street type to associate with the address entered for the applicant.
Apt Number *
(If applicable) Type the apartment number where the applicant currently lives.
Enter the name of the city where the applicant currently lives.
Use the drop-down to select the abbreviation of the state where the applicant currently lives.
Type the zip code identifying where the applicant currently lives.
Number of bedrooms
From the drop-down box, select the number of bedrooms for the unit that the application is for.
A check box used to tell the system whether to enable or disable employment detail fields.
Checked - Yes, enable the Employer, Length of Emp, Emp Income, Employer Phone fields.
Unchecked - No, disable the Employer, Length of Emp, Emp Income, Employer Phone fields.
Enter the name of the company or person who currently employs the applicant.
Length of Emp. (in months) *
Type the number of months the applicant has worked for the current employer.
Emp. Income (monthly pre-tax)
This amount is based on the annual income amount
entered in Occupant Demographics and is calculated as Annual Income divided
by 12. The system auto-calculates this amount and defaults it into this
field. If needed, the system allows this amount to be overridden by entering
a different dollar amount, but does not permanently save the change.
For instance, if the applicant's Annual Income (as reported in Occupant Demographics) is $12,000, the amount defaulted in this field is $1,000. You can override this amount by entering a different value, such as $1,200 and submit the credit application but the next time a credit application is run for the same applicant this field defaults to the Annual Income/12 as originally stated. It does not remember your previous change.
Other Income (monthly)
Enter any additional monthly income that should be considered for the credit check.
A toggle used to show or hide additional fields used to enter co-signer and/or co-applicant information.
Type the name of the person who is applying to financially guarantee this lease or who is applying to share financial responsibility with the primary applicant. An applicant cannot be both, a co-signer and co-applicant. Only one selection can be made.
Include as Co-Signer?
Do you want to include this person as a co-signer?
Checked - This person may or may not reside within the leased unit, however, does agree to financially guarantee the payment per the lease agreement.
Unchecked - This person will not be considered a co-signer.
Include as Co-Applicant?
Do you want to include this person as a co-applicant?
Checked - This person will be included as a co-applicant and will share financial responsibility with the primary applicant.
Unchecked - This person will not be considered a co-applicant.
Select this option to display an additional window dialog box to enter more information about the guarantor or co-applicant used to determine their credit status, including: name, social security number, date of birth, email address, current address details and employment income.
Check the field if this application is for subsidized housing. If checked, the Voucher Amount field appears.
If the Subsidized Housing box is checked, then this field appears. Enter the amount of the subsidized housing voucher.
Accept the default or select another package of credit check services from the drop-down list.
Enter your CoreLogic SafeRent user name.
Enter your CoreLogic SafeRent password.
Applicant Consent Obtained
Use the drop-down to indicate whether or not the applicant consented to processing the credit check.
