Change Ready Dates
Make the following menu selections to display the Change
Ready Dates grid:
eSite—Leasing—Change Ready
Dates
Use Change Ready Dates to manage
make ready units. A Make Ready unit is a vacant
unit in need of update or repair in order to lease. Selections appearing
on this tab are established on the Units Tab.
Fields
Change Ready Dates Grid
Bldg.
The building identification.
Apt.
The unit identification. Click this column title
to sort the list. Click an identification to select the unit.
Address
The address identification.
Type
The unit type identification. For example, 2/1
is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit.
Status
The unit status identification. For example, Vacant
Leased, Vacant Available and so on.
Expected Ready
The date the unit must be ready by, typically
a day before the new resident is scheduled to move in.
Actual Made Ready
The actual date the make-ready unit is complete and made ready for the new resident scheduled to move in.
Change Ready Dates Tab
Date Needed
Type the date the unit make ready is needed by
or click the Calendar Button to
display an electronic calendar. This date will display on the Change Ready
Dates grid.
Made Ready
Type the date the make ready was completed or
click the Calendar Button to display
an electronic calendar. This date will display on the Change Ready Dates
grid.
Procedures
To Change Ready Dates
Make the following menu to display this tab:
eSite—Leasing—Change Ready
Dates—select
a unit
Use this tab to manage make ready dates.
- From the eSite menu,
select Leasing, Change Ready
Dates.
- From the Change Ready
Dates Grid, click the unit number you want.
- Complete the fields
on the Change Ready Dates Tab. Use the Fields list for help.
- Click Save.
Effect of Property Policies
Effect of Property Policies
The following property policies affect Change Ready Dates:
Setup—Policies—Property Policies—Move-Out category
The option Automatically clear
the Unit Make Ready Date at Move-Out must be selected for the system
to reset the Make Ready date when a Move-Out is processed for a unit.
