XML File Load Error

When you log in to eSite, a clock starts running. If, after 20 minutes, you have not selected an option from the menu, the following error displays:

Error loading XML file loadTOCBranch.aspx...

Method 1

  1. Right-click on the menu. A pop-up window displays.
  2. Select Refresh. The Log In page displays.
  3. Log in to eSite.

Method 2

  1. Select Logoff on the title bar to log out of eSite. The Log In page displays.
  2. Log in to eSite.
