User ID List at Log In Too Long

After logging in to the system several times and making several mistakes, you can have a long list of user IDs that get caught in the auto complete feature of your browser. Use the following instructions to clear the list of IDs.

Clearing User IDs

  1. Click Tools from the Windows™ toolbar. The Tools menu displays.
  2. Select Internet Options. The Internet Options screen displays.
  3. Select the Content Tab. The Contents Tab displays.
  4. Locate the Personal Information box, then click the AutoComplete button. The AutoComplete Settings screen displays.
  5. Locate the Clear AutoComplete History box, then click the Clear Forms button. A confirmation message displays.
  6. Select the OK button to acknowledge the message and clear the User IDs.
  7. Select the Cancel button to close the remaining open screens.
