Unqualified Guests Setup Tab

Make the following menu selections to display this tab:

eSite—Leasing—Unqualified Guests

Use this tab to specify which residents or guests should not be approved for leases and to provide the reason (non-qualification code).

ClosedFields

Name

The resident or prospect name considered unqualified to lease.

SSN

The resident or prospect social security number.

Add Unqualified Guest

Select this button to add an unqualified prospect. Refer to the add instructions later in this topic.

Cancel

Select this button to cancel your action.
