To Calculate/Print a Prorated Renewal Charge
- From the eSite menu
select Leasing—Renewals
Prorate Calculator.
- Complete the fields
on the Renewals Prorate
Calculator Tab.
- Click Save.
The system auto-calculates the prorated renewal charge or charges and
displays the amounts in the grid.
- Click Print. The system prints the prorated renewal charge
in a format suitable for sending to residents.
