To Add Lease Expiration Controls

From the eSite menu, select Setup—Property—Additional—Expiration Control.
To allow users to override the lease expiration control for the property, select the Allow Override check box.
In the Code field, if overrides are allowed for this property, type a security code if you want user to be required to enter the code when performing an override.
In the Email field, if you want the system to send a notification e-mail when a lease is added that overrides the number of expirations allowed for a month, type the e-mail address for the recipient.
From the Select Year drop-down list, select a year for the expiration control, and then click Select. The grid fields for entering the expiration controls appear.
In the Expirations Allowed field, type the number of expirations that you want to allow for each of the months. Or, click the down arrow to calculate and transfer an amount into this field.
Click Save.
