Select Resident/Tenant Setup Maintenance Tab

This tab displays when the Add Item button is selected from the ePay Setup tab. Selections on this tab are established during resident setup and include residents of all statuses.

Bldg.

The building identification that appears on lists and in reports. Click the column title to sort the list.

Apt./Suite

The unit identification that appears on lists and in reports. Click the column title to sort the list.

Name

The resident/tenant identification that appears on lists and in reports. Click the column title to sort the list.

Selecting Name displays the Modify ePay Setup Tab.

Status

The lease status identification that appears on lists and in reports. For example, Current, Leased, Transfer In or Transfer Out. Click this column title to sort the list.

ClosedTo Select a Resident/Tenant

  1. Make these selections from the eSite sidebar menu: ePay, Setup Maintenance. The ePay Setup Tab displays.
  2. Locate the resident/tenant to work with, and then select Name on Acct. This tab displays.
  3. Locate the resident/tenant to work with using the search options available, and then select Name. The Modify ePay Setup Tab displays.
  4. Complete the tab. For help, refer to the field list on that tab.
