Use this tab to enter the total amount of interest accumulated
up to the accrual date that is associated with the lease.
Inc Code
Select an income code that has security deposit
interest already accrued from the drop-down list. The income code must
be a security or other deposit type of income code.
Interest Accrued
Enter the total dollar amount for the accrued
interest.
Last SDI Date
Enter the date when the last accrual took place.
Or click the Calendar button to select a date.
The system uses this date to determine the day on which to begin accruing
interest.
Delete
Click the Delete 
button in the Delete column. The system deletes the income
code, amount, and date (one security interest accrual).
Accrued
The display-only total of accrued security deposit
interest.
