Occupant Memos Tab

This tab displays when the Memo icon is selected from the Occupant Demographic Details Tab. Use the tab to add, edit or delete memos associated with the selected occupant. Details displayed at the top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be edited.

Form

The memo form identification. When selected, displays the Edit Occupant Memo Tab.

Description

A brief description of the memo form ID.

Effective

The date the memo form is considered effective.

Expiration

The date the memo form is considered expired.

Notify

If an action is related to the memo, the date the system should notify you of that action.

Action

If an action is related to the memo, the date the action should be completed.

Delete?

Select the Delete icon to delete the memo.

Add Memo Button

Select this button to display the Occupant Memo Form Selection Tab.
