Occupant Details Tab

This tab appears when the occupant Name is selected from the Occupant Demographic Grid. Use the tab to view or edit occupant information. Details displayed at the top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be edited.

Name

Enter the occupant's title, first name, middle initial, and last name.

Responsible

The display-only field used to determine if this occupant is financially responsible for the lease.

Birth Date

Enter the occupant's birth date using the format mm/dd/yyyy.

Phone 1

Enter the occupant's primary telephone contact number.

Note

If this information was entered in the guest card, it is pre-populated in this field.

Phone 2

Enter the occupant's alternate telephone contact number.

Note

If this information was entered in the guest card, it is pre-populated in this field.

Type the email address of the lease guarantor.

Gender

Select the occupant's sex from the drop-down list: Male or Female.

Marital Status

Select the occupant's marital status from the drop-down list: Not Entered, Single, Married, Divorced or Widowed.

SSN

Enter the occupant's social security number.

Annual Income

Enter the occupant's annual income using the format 0000.00.
