displayed at the top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be
edited.

An asterisk (*) indicates
a required field.
Notice Date
Enter the date the resident submitted their notice
to vacate. The system recalls this date from the Notice
to Vacate Tab and lists it as the default date.
Accept the default or enter a different date using
the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or, click the Calendar
button to display an electronic calendar from which you can select a date.
Expected Move Out
Enter the date the resident plans to vacate the
unit. The system recalls this date from the Notice
to Vacate Tab and lists it as the default date.
Accept the default or enter a different date using
the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or, click the Calendar
button to display an electronic calendar from which you can select a date.
Stop Billing
Enter the date to stop billing the resident's recurring
charges.
The system defaults this date to the current system date. Or, if the Move-Out Policy Do not default stop billing date is turned on, then the field is blank and you must enter a date.
Accept the default, enter a date using
the format mm/dd/yyyy, or, click the Calendar
button to display an electronic calendar from which you can select a date.
Actual Move Out *
Enter the date the resident is physically moving
out of the unit. The default sets to the current system date.
Accept the default or enter a different date using
the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or, click the Calendar
button to display an electronic calendar from which you can select a date.
Move Out Letter
This box defaults to checked, indicating a Vacate
letter should be printed when data on this tab is submitted. Accept the
default of click once to check.
Note
As a prerequisite for printing, a Vacate letter must
already be set up. For help, refer to Letters.
Reason *
Select the reason the resident gave for moving
from the drop-down list. Moving Reasons are established on the Moving
Reasons Tab.
Print Resident History
The property policy, Print a
Resident History at affects this field. This field only displays
if the policy setting is set to Ask.
Select whether a Resident History Report should
print from the drop-down list: None, After Move Out, After Refunds and
Forfeits, or Both.
