Lease Type Tab

This tab appears when you select a lease type or click Add Lease Type from the Lease Types Grid. Use this tab to define the various lease types associated with the selected property.

ClosedFields

Property Id

The display-only property identification; for instance, BAY001.

Lease Type

Enter the applicable lease type code; for instance, T. Once entered and saved, it cannot be modified. Maximum length: 10 characters.

Description

Enter a brief description of the lease type code entered; for instance, Term for term lease. Maximum length: 30 characters.
