Global Policies for Lease Renewals

The following global policies affect Lease Renewals:

Default for Resident Transfers

The option Lease Renewals must be selected for the system to transfer lease renewals from the old unit to the new unit.

Setup—Policies—Global Policies—Inter Property, Additional Tab

The option Post all charges for accounting period must be selected for the system to post on the first day of a period any renewal that would have taken place during a period during normal BOD processing.
