        To Locate Information or Access Downloads
        
            - Using your Internet 
 browser software, go to the Website: http://www.inforxtreme.com.
             Note

        If you do not have a username and password, please take 
 a moment to subscribe by going to www.InforXtreme.com and clicking Register.
        
            - Log in to Infor Xtreme 
 Support. The Infor Xtreme Support Home Page opens.
- Follow the instructions 
 for the task you want to perform. You may want to search for or look up 
 a KB number or download a .pdf, .exe (program) or .zip file.
To search for a Knowledge Base number or Documentation
        
            - At the upper right 
 of the screen is the field  . Click in the field and type 
 the KB number or search string. For example, type a seven-digit KB number 
 into the field. . Click in the field and type

- A number of search 
 parameters appear in a drop-down, with   Search KB checked 
 by default. If desired, click to select another option. Search KB checked

- Click the search

- As needed, click 
 on icons, links, or other elements in the window to work with the information 
 that displays. If you want to download a file, see one of these sections

To look up an Incident, Knowledge Base number, or Document 
 ID
        
            - At the upper right 
 of the screen is the field   . Click in the field and type the search criteria. For example,

To download a patch
        
            - From the page header, 
 click DOWNLOADS—Patches. A window 
 appears with three drop-down boxes. 
- From the first box, 
 select the product line AMSI.
- From the second box, 
 select a product or select All Products. 
 
 
 Products for ASP clients follow the format AS 
 – ASP [Product].For example, AS – ASP eSite.
 
 Products for self-hosted clients follow the format EV – [Product]. 
 For example, EV – eSite.
- From the third box, 
 select a release number or select All.
- Click Search. 
 A Search results window opens.
- Go to the next section 
 for instructions on how to download a .PDF, .exe, or .zip file.
To download a file you find via search or lookup
        
            - From the search results 
 list, click the Attachments icon  for 
 the file you want to download. The Attachments window appears. for

- Right-click the HTTP 
 icon  for 
 the file and select Save target as… for 
 the file and select Save target as…
- Browse to the location 
 on your computer where you want to save the file, and then click Save. 
 
 
 If you are downloading a .PDF file, 
 a download completion message appears. Click Open to view the PDF file.
 
 If you are downloading a .zip file, 
 a download completion message appears. You can then extract (unzip and 
 save) the files to the proper location on your computer.
 
 If you are downloading an .exe file, 
 One of these scenarios, or something similar, may occur.
            - A 
 Download Complete message may appear. If so, click Run and if a 
 warning message appears, click Run again.
- A 
 warning message may appear because you are downloading an executable 
 file. At the warning message, select Actions, and from the new message 
 that opens, select   More 
 Options and then Run anyway.
            - When the download 
 is complete, then log out and close the window.
